Job Description
D'Leon Consulting Engineers is seeking a Submittal Coordinator/ Manager in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities would involve managing our submittal protocol in preparation for our design submittals.
- The submittal coordinator would initiate design review within the design team, constructability review with SFTC, and Internal Design review among our interdisciplinary team.
- They would initiate and oversee the process in coordination with our design leads, package the submittals, and ensure proper TQRR is populated.
- Work would consist of tracking reviews and comments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, and/or related field required
- 2-5 years of experience in managing submittals
- Damiliar with CAD for editorial mark-ups
- Good organizational and computer skills.
- Highly proficient in Bluebeam
