We’re Hiring: Business Coordinator / Account Manager
Location- Sherman Oaks, CA
Schedule- Hybrid M,F remote, T,W,TH in office
Compensation- $24-$25/hr.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
As a Business Coordinator / Account Manager, you’ll be the central connection between our corporate team and up to 150 franchise locations. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, support growth, and ensure an exceptional experience for both franchisees and their customers.
Your day-to-day will include:
Provide daily operational and customer support via phone and email Respond quickly
• Coordinate pre-opening timeliness, tasks, and launch readiness
• Ensure marketing and operational elements are fully aligned before opening
• Partner with warehouses and vendors to manage ordering and distribution
• Ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and troubleshoot any issues
?? Customer Experience
• Handle guest care concerns related to store operations
• Drive consistent, positive resolutions that reflect our brand standards
• Share company updates, initiatives, and expectations across franchise network
• Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged
• Discuss location performance using P&L and ROI insights
• Support franchisees in meeting and exceeding financial goals
• Build strong partnerships with franchisees and vendors
• Support account setup, order management, and ongoing needs
What Makes You a Great Fit?
• Strong communicator (written verbal) with a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Comfortable discussing financial performance and business metrics
• Skilled at problem-solving and improving processes
• Relationship-driven with a collaborative approach
• Experience in franchise, retail, operations, or account management is a plus
