About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Administrator to support inventory and administrative operations within our wholesale appliance and HVAC distribution center. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking product movement, and ensuring data is entered correctly and efficiently. What You’ll Do
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in our ERP/warehouse management system
- Track inventory movement, including transfers, returns, and adjustments
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records
- Reconcile receipts against invoices and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and manage shipping/receiving and inventory documentation
- Generate inventory reports using basic Excel skills (data entry, tracking, organization)
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes
- Assist with warranties, RMAs, and filing claims accurately and efficiently
- Provide strong customer service support to internal teams and external partners
- Multitask effectively while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to resolve inventory issues
- Maintain organized filing systems and support audits as needed
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2 years of administrative, inventory, or warehouse support experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems (NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, etc.) is a plus
- HVAC or appliance parts knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
Work Environment
- Warehouse/distribution center setting (may include varying temperatures and noise)
- Some flexibility in schedule may be needed based on business demands
