Are you a people person who enjoys solving problems, learning new things, and being part of a team? D&L Parts Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to join our branch team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating a positive experience. You’ll help customers find the right parts, process orders, answer questions, and work closely with your teammates to keep things running smoothly. No two days are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed.
What You’ll Do:
• Welcome and assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and through email
• Help customers with product questions, pricing, orders, returns, and general support
• Enter and process sales orders, quotes, returns, and delivery requests accurately
• Learn HVAC and appliance parts knowledge through hands-on training
• Check product availability, pricing, and order status using our computer systems
• Partner with warehouse and delivery teams to make sure customers receive their orders on time
• Help pull and package customer orders when needed
• Maintain an organized, professional, and customer-friendly branch environment
• Participate in inventory counts, training events, and team initiatives
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• HVAC, appliance, warehouse, parts, or distribution experience is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Dependable team player who enjoys helping others
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance from proper equipment when needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
