Accounts Payable Clerk

D.L. George and Sons in Waynesboro, PA has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Responsibilities include all facets of accounts payable including:

• Coding and entering invoices, with a heavy concentration on job costing
• Ensure W-9 and insurance coverage is up to date
• Processing weekly check runs, as well as individual one-off payments
• Reconciliation to subcontractor and supplier statements
• Accrual of sales tax as required
• Coverage of front desk during breaks and lunch
• Filing of paperwork associated with A/P
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma (Required)
• 3 years of A/P experience
• Proficient in MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Must be motivated with attention to detail and ability to follow through on items until resolution
• Good communication skills
• Must be organized and able to multi-task
