The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate posting and verification of invoices, along with maintaining vendor records.
Responsibilities
- Post and verify invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Process over 100 invoices weekly.
- Maintain vendor records and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct 3-way match to ensure accurate payment processing.
- Utilize SAP effectively for accounts payable tasks.
- Navigate spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel.
- 3 years of experience in invoice processing and accounts payable.
- 3 years of experience in vendor maintenance.
- Proficient in performing a 3-way match.
- Skilled in using SAP.
- Ability to navigate and create formulas in Excel.
