This is an on-demand courier position transporting time-sensitive deliveries ("stats") throughout Kentucky and surrounding areas.

Some deliveries may be local, while others may take you as far as two hours from Louisville, including Lexington and other surrounding cities.

For example, you may receive a stat that's approximately two hours away. You'll be paid for the entire round trip—driving to the destination and returning. Once you get back, if another stat is available and you want it, you can accept it and head back out. You can continue accepting runs throughout the day if you choose.

Whether you earn $45 or over $300 in a day depends on how many stat runs you're willing to complete.

Some days you may only want to work 4–6 hours. Other days you may choose to stay on the road for 8–10 hours. The amount you work is up to you.

Daytime routes

Preferred availability: 6 days per week

Minimum availability: 4 days per week

If working only four days, one of those days must be Friday or Saturday.

Pay Schedule

This is a weekly pay position.

We hold one week's pay. Your first week's work will be paid on the following Friday. After that, you'll receive a paycheck every Friday for the previous week's work.

Example:

Work Week 1 → Paid on Friday of Week 2

Work Week 2 → Paid on Friday of Week 3

After your first paycheck, you'll continue receiving weekly pay every Friday as long as you're actively working.

Time Off Policy

We offer flexibility, but communication is required.

If you need time off, you must provide at least one week's notice. Same-day call-offs are not permitted if you are scheduled to work. Once you commit to your schedule, we expect you to honor it unless arrangements have been made in advance.

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated drivers who enjoy being on the road and want the opportunity to earn more by taking on more stat runs.

If you're someone who likes to drive, doesn't mind traveling throughout Kentucky, and wants the flexibility of independent contractor work while controlling your own earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: This position operates Monday through Saturday. Drivers must be available to work at least four days per week. If you choose to work four days, one of those days must be either Friday or Saturday. You may choose your preferred start time anywhere between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, depending on route availability. Please select a schedule that you can consistently commit to each week and you can work 6 days if wanted but a minimum of 4.

Please note: Cash App is required for payments. If you do not currently have a Cash App account, you must be willing to set one up if hired. This allows us to process payments efficiently, including situations where another driver may pay you directly for covering a route or shift.

• Why would you be a great fit for this role? Do you consider yourself someone who enjoys driving and spending long hours on the road? We're looking for dependable "road runners" with a reliable, gas-efficient vehicle that gets at least 25 MPG. (Large trucks, diesel vehicles, and other low fuel-efficiency vehicles are not eligible for this position.)
• Can you pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check? If you cannot pass a background check or drug screen, please do not apply, as both are required as part of the hiring process.
• Do you have a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and active auto insurance? You must also have a reliable, gas-efficient vehicle that gets at least 25 MPG. These are required before you can begin driving with us. Please note that all documents and information will be verified during the onboarding process. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not apply.
• Do you understand that your earnings are based on how much you choose to work? This position does not guarantee a set daily or weekly income. Drivers who are willing to stay on the road and accept more runs typically earn the most. Some of our drivers earn anywhere from approximately $700 to $2,000 per week, depending on the number of runs they complete.

You must also be patient. Many medical facilities require drivers to wait 20 minutes to an hour before pickups are ready due to staffing or processing delays. The good news is that you are paid for your wait time. If you are not comfortable with waiting between pickups or spending extended hours on the road, this position is likely not a good fit for you. We have plenty of work available for drivers who are dependable, patient, and willing to stay on the road.
