Must be able to travel to
Woodbridge, Manassas, Gainesville
If reliable possibility of pay increase
breaks are 15 minutes per 2 hours
the faster you get job done the faster you go home!
you are paid time full regardless of how fast you finish!
Example: 2 hour job done in 1 hour you will still be paid for the full 2 hours.
You are paid for time shift!
example: If job is 2 hours you are paid for only 2 hours unless customer extends time
If you dont complete job, you will not be paid!
If you have a person you will like to partner up with and will be a great fit for the team its a plus
One person will be the designated to communicate with customer for team.
YOU MUST HAVE A RELIABLE TRANSPORTION YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO LOAD UP AND UNLOAD LOCATION. IF YOU DONT HAVE A CAR TO GET PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!

This job is a temporary position
The schedule you make, is the schedule you take!
(30day probation period) after 30 days you will be permeant on call list
No call, No show = Termination
break customer items (over $100 value= termination)
stealing= termination
foul language in front of customer's= 2 points
late to a jobsite more then 30 minutes= 1 points
Calling out on day of shift=1.5 point
3 points= termination
This position is for a person who can handle themselves without being supervised!
we are headed into busy season so its really up to you how meany jobs you can handle.
Heavy lifting must be able to lift 150 pounds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- Very Important

Duties
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of moving operations, including scheduling and routing.
- Supervise and manage a team of movers, ensuring they are trained and equipped for their tasks.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Drive delivery vehicles as needed, including vans and trucks, while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the moving process to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies needed for moves.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations during operations.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong physical capability for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with route driving and efficient navigation techniques.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.
