Position Overview
As the Front Desk Representative, you’ll be the first face our customers see and the voice they hear when they call. You’ll help create a welcoming environment, answer phone calls, assist with scheduling appointments, and support our service advisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Schedule and confirm customer appointments
Assist with basic data entry, invoice management, and filing
Provide information about services and promotions
Communicate clearly with technicians, service advisors, and management
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems, or Tekmetric experience a plus)
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
