- Full cycle recruiting for all Corporate positions.
- Establish strong positive relationships with hiring managers.
- Learn and understand the positions and talent within D&H.
- Maintain recruiting database and spreadsheets and be able to analyze this information to make decisions to improve recruiting process.
- Use creative, passive, and direct sourcing techniques such as networking, relationship building, referral inquiries, candidate pipelining, database mining, internet searching, and cold calling.
- Establish relationships with schools, businesses and recruiters to put D&H at the forefront for skilled potential talent.
- Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements
- Must have knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs, policies, and procedures as well as other pertinent HR law and regulations.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish priorities, meet multiple deadlines, and handle multiple competing tasks and demand.

- Experience
- 3 years in a corporate recruiting role filling a variety of positions.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
