Job Description
The successful Construction Project Manager will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding, customer-driven environment, and possess superior communication skills.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Implement Construction Safety and Security Program: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective construction safety and security program.
- Monitor Fiscal and Administrative Services: Monitor and control fiscal, administrative, personnel, procurement, warehousing, and office services.
- Lead Project Teams: Lead project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop Contingency Plans: Identify and evaluate risks that may impact the project and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Additional Requirements
- Physical Activities: Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop or kneel.
- Work Environment: Work indoors for extended periods and occasionally work in outside weather conditions.
