Job Details:
- Pay: $22.75/hr with overtime paid at time and a half
- Full-Time: 4–5 days per week
- Part-Time: 1–3 days per week
- Shift: Approximately 10 hours, starting around noon (exact start time confirmed upon hire)
- Seasonal Run Dates: October 18, 2026 – January 12, 2027

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
As a Non CDL Delivery Driver and Courier with D.E.K. Delivery, your day-to-day will include:
- Report to the warehouse each morning for package loadout and route preparation
- Load and unload packages into your delivery vehicle at the warehouse before heading out on your route
- Follow your navigated delivery route efficiently and complete all stops on time
- Safely operate your delivery vehicle and conduct pre-trip safety inspections in compliance with all local and state driving regulations and company policies
- Scan and manage packages using a smartphone device for GPS navigation and administrative tasks (clocking in/out, team communication)
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery stop, maintaining professionalism in all conditions
- Work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and repeatedly enter/exit the delivery vehicle throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with your support team to ensure all deliveries are completed successfully
- Support fellow Drivers on rescue calls when teammates need route assistance
- Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift to complete closeout procedures
Requirements - Non CDL Delivery Driver:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have held a valid state driver's license for a minimum of 4 years
- No CDL required — this is a Delivery Driver no CDL required position
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not include marijuana testing)
- Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Prior delivery or courier experience is helpful but not required
