Currently hiring for FT Area and Floor Crew/Special Projects Supervisor

Reports to our office in ALBION on a daily basis

Work is conducted primarily on 2nd shift, M-F, but candidates must have the flexibility to work other shifts as needed, including weekends (rare), dependent on the needs of the customer.

This job is perfect for you if you have strong leadership and decision making capabilities, like learning new things, and enjoy doing a variety of different tasks in a variety of different facilities.

The Area and Floor Crew/Special Projects Supervisor is responsible for:

Quality inspections/corrections

Training/Retraining of employees

Stripping/finishing, scrubbing, and burnishing floors

Prepping and Refinishing gym floors

Kaivacing/scrubbing bathrooms

Construction and top/down cleans

Janitorial Fill In

Windows

Other projects as assigned

The successful Area and Floor Crew/Special Projects Supervisor will possess:

Strong leadership skills

Strong communication skills

A professional demeanor

Ability to work independently

Ability to problem solve and work through issues

Ability to delegate tasks and ensure quality control

A valid driver's license is required.

Must be able to evaluate what is needed and then execute your plan

Must have positive attitude

Must be able to work independently

Must have a desire to please the customer

Must pass criminal background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
