General Function
The S&R Coordinators duties include: Process Pro shipping, receiving and inventory functions. Tracks and reconciles discrepancies with shipping & receiving documents.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining and ensuring food safety. Report any food safety deviations to your supervisor immediately.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time. Adheres to company policies and departmental guidelines.
Assist in inventorying in-house and offsite product, daily, monthly and quarterly.
Performs logistical duties i.e. scheduling inbound and outbound loads to include corresponding paperwork.
Prepare documents for product transfer between warehouses and outgoing shipments.
Document Seal, trailer and temp trip numbers and usage.
Place incoming and outgoing documentation in Process Pro and offsite warehouse management systems.
Monitor and track Temp Trip data thru website.
Receive incoming PO’s into our WMS, coordinate and reconcile any discrepancies.
Assist in warehouse functions as needed.
Receive in and reconcile shipping variances.
Answers phones and coordinates deliveries with location instructions.
File and maintain shipping documents.
Performs other job-related duties and assists in other areas of plant as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Must be knowledgeable of warehouse distribution, safety program, procedures, laws and regulations, sanitation practices and standards.
Ability to 10 key and knowledge of Warehouse Management System a Plus.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Education and Experience:
High school education or equivalent.
Two years’ experience in production or shipping.
One year of Process Pro or Warehouse Management Systems.
Physical Requirements:
This is considered an unskilled position. Frequent to constant handling, grasping, constant listening, talking, hearing, seeing, reading, dealing with people, influencing others, evaluating information.
Working Conditions:
Duties are primarily in an office setting with occasional warehouse assignments.
Daily contact occurs with production employees, management and truck drivers.
Frequent deadlines exist while handling multiple tasks.

Photocopier, fax machine, office telephone system, Microsoft Office.
