This part-time, on-site Dispatcher role is based in Westland, MI. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services, managing driver assignments, and ensuring timely communication between chauffeurs and clients. Additional responsibilities include tracking vehicles, maintaining schedules, resolving scheduling conflicts, and addressing operational issues to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills

- Knowledge of transportation and dispatch procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with the local region and ability to optimize routing
- High school diploma or GED; additional training or experience in transportation is advantageous
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
