Available 24/7, our dedicated customer service team ensures a seamless and responsive delivery experience for all. Shifts a 9am to 9pm Day shift and 9pm to 9am Night shift. These shift schedules are Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday. They are 4 on duty and 3 off, then 3 on duty and 4 off.
Role Description
OnWay Transport is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our team at our Roseville, MI location. This on-site role involves scheduling and dispatching drivers for efficient delivery routes, coordinating with clients to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, monitoring real-time tracking systems, and resolving any logistical challenges. The Dispatcher will play a key role in maintaining service reliability and clear communication with both drivers and customers for Medical and Blood deliveries.

- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
- Familiarity with GPS and real-time tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours to support a 24/7 operational environment
- Previous experience in transportation or logistics is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics are advantageous
