D.C. Ranieri Insurance Agency has an opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. We pride ourselves on providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to our clients, and we know you are driven to do the same! We are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager with 3-5 years insurance experience who has outstanding attention to detail. As an Account Manager on our team, you will be responsible for handling a book of Commercial Lines accounts, working on both renewal and new business opportunities. You will work closely with Associate Account Managers and Producers to provide a seamless client experience. Your optimistic and upbeat personality will aid in building rapport with our clients, and your pursuit of continual learning will aid you in advancing your insurance career.

Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance business, serving as the primary point of contact.
Focus on client retention, account management and new business development.
Service existing accounts by responding to inquiries, processing endorsements, and quoting.
Market accounts to various insurance carriers to secure competitive terms and pricing.
Prepare proposals and present insurance programs to clients, explaining coverage and recommendations.
Assist in the new business development process, including account analysis and quote preparation.
Maintain accurate and organized client files and policy documentation.
Requirements
New York State Property & Casualty Broker or Agent License (Required)
3-5 years insurance experience, independent agency experience a plus.
AMS360 experience preferred.
Computer and technical proficiency.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, policies, and markets.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bilingual preferred.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
