D.B. Lunt Electrical Contractors is a fast-growing electrical service and commercial electrical project management company. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a Customer Service Executive who is excited about building systems, scaling a department, and growing with our organization.
Our goal is to expand our service revenue from $600,000 this year to $2 million next year—and we need the right person to help us get there.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and driven Customer Service Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This individual will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, manage the company calendar, support sales coordination, and complete general administrative duties. Most importantly, this person will learn our current systems and help streamline and scale them as our department grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
Schedule customer appointments and update calendars accurately.
Support our sales efforts through lead follow-up, estimates, and customer communication.
Manage daily administrative tasks: data entry, documentation, email follow-up, and file organization.
Learn and master our internal systems, including scheduling tools and workflows.
Identify areas for improvement and help scale operations to achieve revenue growth goals.
Coordinate between the service team, project managers, and leadership.
Track customer interactions, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional service while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and accuracy.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of customer service, scheduling, admin, or sales support experience (preferred)
Strong communication and phone skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment sometimes stressful environment.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience with scheduling or CRM software a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, consistent, and accountable.
