Customer Service Reprensentative

Hours 8:30am - 5pm - fully in office M-FPay - $45-$55k  Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate and timely data entry of customer orders and related information.Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.Support order tracking, issue resolution, and follow-up with internal departments.Assist with general office duties including filing, documentation, and reporting.Collaborate with the production and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.Learn and use our ERP system (Styeline) to manage orders and inventory.Successfully work independently while also bringing a positive, team-focused attitude to support multiple departments as needed.Qualifications2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support role.Proficiency in ERP systems (Styeline experience a plus but not required).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.. . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
