We are currently seeking a full-time Civil or Environmental Engineer to join our White Plains, NY office to join our growing team of engineering professionals. Successful candidates will work within project-focused teams. You’ll gain hands-on field and design experience, work directly with licensed engineers, and see projects through from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of licensed Professional Engineers, Senior Engineers and Project Managers, this candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Support data collection & analysis, design and permitting for water, wastewater, stormwater, and site/civil projects
- Civil engineering tasks including: Engineering report preparation; design calculations; cost estimates; and production of specifications and design drawings.
- Funding/grant program and permit applications / coordination / compliance
- Assist with AutoCAD/Civil 3D drafting, surveying, and field investigations
- Contribute to construction oversight, cost estimates, and environmental reviews including onsite verification of construction projects for compliance with plans and specifications
- Collaborate with senior engineers on projects that directly benefit local communities
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 2-5 years’ of prior consulting engineering work experience.
- Experience in site design, roadway design for subdivisions and local roads, drainage analysis and design, water, wastewater, stormwater and site/civil projects including preparation of plans, specs, quantity and cost estimates, etc.
- Willingness and ability to complete field work is a plus.
- Experience in the consulting engineering field is desired.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a huge plus.
- Candidates should also be proficient in technical writing, possess solid communication skills, be able to interact effectively with teammates, staff and clients.
