What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily operations across the deli, market, and catering divisions
• Lead, schedule, and develop a close-knit team of deli associates and catering staff
• Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and inventory control
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, allergen protocols, and health code compliance
• Collaborate with ownership on business strategy, growth initiatives, and allergy-safe certification goals
• Streamline systems and processes to improve efficiency and guest experience
• Handle catering logistics from booking through execution
• Monitor financials, labor costs, and operational budgets
What You’ll Bring
• 5 years of operations experience in food service, deli, catering, or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Deep respect for food safety standards and allergen awareness
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style — no task is beneath you
• Experience with POS systems (Clover experience a plus)

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
