We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to vehicles at various locations. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure that every vehicle looks its best. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and buffing.
- Clean and sanitize the interior of vehicles, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and wiping down surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as required
- Conduct custodial tasks related to vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
- Drive vehicles to and from detailing locations safely and responsibly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during the detailing process.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning products and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in car detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and products used in vehicle detailing is beneficial.
- Skills in window tinting or buffing are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this role.
