We are hiring a LEAD boat detailer! Looking for someone with EXPERIENCE to lead a 2-3 person detailing crew. Duties include but aren't limited to washing, buffing, waxing, wet sanding, polishing chrome, clean/treat teak. Being able to organize a jobsite and delegate tasks to other crewmates on the job.
