About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Clerical Support Representative to join our Administrative department. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks by providing exceptional clerical and administrative support. This is an hourly, full-time position, perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English is required for clear and effective communication within our dynamic team environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the department, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation in adherence to company policies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Facilitate the procurement of office supplies and ensure proper stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to support special projects and departmental goals.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain a professional work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a clerical, administrative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

The pay range for this role is:
20.19 - 35.62 USD per hour(Remote (Roanoke, Virginia, US))
