About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Data Assistant to join our administrative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting daily operations by efficiently managing and organizing data, assisting with clerical activities, and ensuring the seamless flow of information. This full-time, hourly position is perfect for someone with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Organize and maintain data records and files both digitally and physically.
- Input, update, and verify data accuracy into organizational systems on a regular basis.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and streamline data processing activities.
- Generate reports, summaries, and presentations based on collected data for internal use.
- Assist in preparing documents and correspondence as needed by the administrative team.
- Act as a point of contact for data-related inquiries and provide timely support to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or data management are advantageous.

The pay range for this role is:
19.20 - 34.08 USD per hour(Remote (Plano, Texas, US))
