Kubricky Construction Corporation is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual for a full-time position as a Pipe Foreperson.
The Pipe Foreperson must have advanced understanding of heavy construction activities including utility installation, earth moving, landfill operations and traffic control.

Essential functions of the position include:
- Ensure the safety of the work environment at all times by complying with Safety policies, rules and regulations.
- Manage work crews and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and per job specifications.
- Plan and coordinate daily operations in conjunction with project Superintendent including scheduling, materials ordering/inventory, and equipment needs/maintenance.
- Report labor, equipment and materials used.
- Analyze and report actual costs to budget.
- Communicate with other parties on the project including Superintendent, Project Manager, Engineers, Inspectors, Vendors and Construction Managers.
- Train employees in proper and safe procedures, leading by example.
- Read plans and specifications (application rates, grades, slope, drainage, etc.).
Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive construction experience.
- OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Must pass post-offer drug screening and be subject to random, post-incident/accident and reasonable suspicion testing (Drug Free Employer).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to report to work on time with records acceptable under company's insurance.
- Ability to rapidly learn computer and software applications for record keeping and reporting.
- Ability to travel out of town to worksites throughout NY and VT, including night and weekend work as required.
- Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
