What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC/Fireplace/Water Treatment Lead Install position at Cyprus Air?
Currently seeking experienced Fireplace/Gas Furnace/Boiler Service Technicians and Installers for a fast-paced Heating, Air Conditioning, and Gas Fireplace Company located in the Northern VA area.
Seeking individuals that have an approachable personality, motivational skills, and possess excellent skills in customer service for communicating with customers and co-workers. Cyprus Air has served the metro area for over 50 years. Areas of service include Heating, A/C and Gas Fireplaces. Qualified candidate must be proficient in Recommendation Sales, Installation/Service Background, and excellent Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively diagnose and repair malfunctioning A/C systems, Oil Furnaces, Gas and Oil Boilers, Zoning Systems and other HVAC equipment, and Gas Fireplaces
- Complete annual maintenance of HVAC and Gas Fireplace Systems
- Participate as a member of our on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests
- Attend weekly Team Meetings
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a residential HVAC or Fireplace Service Technician or Installer
- High school diploma/GED and technical school training
- EPA Universal Certification (optional)
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness and desire to provide our clients with a superior customer service experience

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
