What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans

• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

• Administering medications and treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions

• Recording and maintaining accurate medical records, vital signs, and nursing documentation

• Monitoring residents' conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status

• Operating and monitoring specialized medical equipment as needed

• Providing direct bedside nursing care with compassion and professionalism

• Performing clinical procedures, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter insertion

• Educating residents and families about treatments, procedures, and ongoing care

• Assisting with discharge planning and care coordination

• Ensuring compliance with all nursing standards, facility policies, and state regulations

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care

• Commitment to providing outstanding care and improving the lives of residents and their families
