Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the Lube Center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and service staff to perform oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, alignments, and minor mechanical repairs
- Ensure all automotive diagnostics and mechanical repairs are performed accurately using hand tools and power tools
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including heavy lifting procedures and proper use of tools and equipment
- Manage customer interactions by providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance needs and ensuring a positive service experience
- Oversee inventory management for automotive fluids, parts, and tools to ensure availability for all service tasks
- Conduct quality checks on completed services to guarantee customer satisfaction and vehicle safety standards are met
Skills
- Proven dealership or automotive service experience with a strong background in mechanic work and vehicle maintenance
- Extensive knowledge of standard passenger car operation, automotive diagnostics, and mechanical repair techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, alignment equipment, and automotive fluid replacement procedures
- Ability to perform oil changes, tire services, minor mechanical repairs, and automotive diagnostics efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Experience in sales or upselling additional services while maintaining a focus on customer needs
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing maintenance tasks requiring strength and stamina
