As a Groundskeeper, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily operations by ensuring outdoor areas are maintained, accessible, and presentable. From landscaping and debris removal to operating equipment for gravel road maintenance, your work helps create a safe and professional environment for employees and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine mowing, trimming, and edging of grass and landscaped areas
• Manage weed control using manual and chemical methods as appropriate
• Operate tractors and equipment to maintain and level gravel roads
• Maintain overall grounds cleanliness and remove debris as needed
• Inspect and maintain landscaping equipment to ensure proper operation
• Follow all safety procedures when operating tools and equipment
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance tasks as assigned
• Support general upkeep of outdoor work areas to ensure safety and accessibility
• Follow all company safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to safely operate tractors and basic landscaping equipment
• Basic knowledge of lawn care and grounds maintenance practices
• Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 0–2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or agricultural work
• Experience operating tractors or similar equipment
• Knowledge of weed management techniques and products
• Familiarity with basic equipment maintenance

Education and Training
