Duties
- Greet guests
- Perform routine cleaning, prepping, and washing of golf carts to maintain a first round appearance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure carts are in good working condition and report any maintenance needs
- Operate golf carts responsibly, adhering to all safety guidelines and traffic rules on the property
- Keep the cart storage area organized, clean, and free of debris
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions and offering assistance promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service roles preferred but not required
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly with a valid driver’s license
- Experience with car wash, detailing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and presentation
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively
- Willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle maintenance and cleaning procedures
