Description:
- Our Community Blueprint team is seeking a seasoned leader to translate insights into action and drive high-impact change. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, partnering with technical experts to turn complex challenges into measurable results.
- In this role, you will identify and close user experience gaps, elevate the team’s visibility and influence, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives that enhance the host and guest experience. Duties:
- Lead complex cross-functional programs, managing multiple priorities while navigating ambiguity.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish alignment, share progress, and set expectations.
- Define and implement program plans, schedules, and performance metrics that meet executive standards.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain accountability for delivery timelines.
- Adapt quickly to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Scale best practices that strengthen the Community Blueprint mission and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Continuously refine program management processes to drive organizational maturity and impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 12 years of program management experience, including work at the intersection of data, business, and transformation.
- Proven ability to partner with engineering and analytics to build business cases that turn insights into action.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership and driving cross-functional alignment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to manage expectations across levels. - Experience leading diverse teams through influence, accountability, and clear execution standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a focus on executive-ready storytelling.
Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable under pressure; able to make quick, informed decisions.
