- We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Analyst with deep email analytics experience to support onboarding, engagement, and winback initiatives for a high-visibility marketing analytics team at Adobe.
- This role is heavily focused on email performance analysis, experimentation strategy, and incrementality measurement. The ideal candidate is hands-on with SQL and comfortable translating complex marketing data into clear business recommendations that directly influence campaign strategy and customer engagement outcomes.
- Own email lifecycle performance analysis across onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback programs
- Design and analyze A/B tests, holdouts, and incrementality studies to measure causal business impact
- Perform hands-on analysis using SQL and Python or R to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain trusted dashboards, reporting views, and standardized metric definitions for lifecycle marketing
- Partner closely with email marketers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness and drive measurable results
- Deliver concise, decision-ready storytelling around campaign performance and customer behavior
- 6 years of lifecycle marketing analytics experience with a strong focus on email marketing
- Strong experience analyzing onboarding, engagement, and winback lifecycle programs
- Advanced SQL skills required
- Experience with Python or R for analytics and experimentation
- Proven expertise with A/B testing, holdout methodology, incrementality analysis, and causal measurement
- Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to marketing stakeholders
- Experience partnering directly with lifecycle or CRM marketing teams
- Experience with adjacent lifecycle channels including push, SMS, or in-app messaging
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lifecycle marketing platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Pay Rate: $85.00 to $91.55 per hour
