A large medical device manufacturing client is looking to add a Portfolio Manager to their Home Care line of business hybrid in Stuart, Florida. This person will partner cross functionally to lead growth initiatives for the Home Care platform through transformation of workstreams, commercial delivery models, commercial launches, process improvements, marketing technology initiatives, and customer experience initiatives. We are looking for someone who can establish trusting and collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams in order to successfully oversee the end-to-end execution of initiatives that drive business outcomes. This individual will need to have expertise in portfolio management, project management, analytics, business practices, and strong communication skills. A proven ability to oversee and drive a diverse portfolio of mid-scale to large, cross-functional transformation and innovation initiatives—delivering measurable business outcomes—is critical for success in this role.

- Own and govern the IT portfolio by prioritizing software and technology initiatives aligned to business strategy, value realization, architecture standards, and enterprise roadmaps.
- Drive cross-functional delivery oversight across multiple IT programs (e.g., SaaS, cloud, data, integrations), managing dependencies, risks, funding, and delivery health from intake through execution.
- Enable data-driven decision making by defining portfolio KPIs, tracking benefits, capacity, and financials, and providing clear executive reporting to support investment and reprioritization decisions.
- Lead and manage portfolios of projects, programs, and/or products, ensuring alignment with strategy and ensuring maximum delivery of value and benefits.
- Serve as the primary liaison and communicator for key executive sponsors and stakeholders.
- Report on the performance of initiatives within the portfolio and takes responsibility for the outcomes — not just the implementation — of the portfolio.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
- Determine the portfolio's short — and long-term roadmaps with IT and business leaders and adjust as priorities change.
- Identify and manage risks that may impact the portfolio and develop corresponding mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of different methodologies, tools and frameworks within the portfolio.
- Collaborate across business and technology functions to monitor dependencies and provide centralized visibility across initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, champion change and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and innovation.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 or more years of experience in portfolio management
- Prior experience within a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, automotive, aerospace)
- Experience with B2B2C business models and omni-channel marketing strategies
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes through portfolio management which includes planning, prioritization, and business reporting.
- Proficiency with MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
