Responsibilities
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines according to position Standard Work Instructions (SWI)
- Clean and prepare workstations and machines.??
- Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements.
- Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.??
- Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.??
- Check final assembly for the finish, labeling, and packaging methods.???
- Complete other tasks as required and directed.??
- Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-year minimum Production experience, 2 years preferred.
- Coachable and willing to learn.
- Dependable and reliable (attendance & punctuality).
- Team and customer-oriented.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem Solving.
- Continuous learning focused.
- Ability to lift objects less than 25 pounds and team lift objects approximately 60 pounds.
- Able to stand, walk, and work on feet for 8 hours.
- $20-21/hr depending on experience. (plus additional $2/hr night shift differential pay)
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-4:30pm
- Monday-Thursday (night shift): 6:30pm-5:30am
- Thursday-Sunday: 6:00am-4:30pm
- Thursday-Sunday (night shift): 6:30pm-5:30am
Salary : $20 - $21
