As a Partner Operations team, we build and govern a scalable partner ecosystem that accelerates revenue, deepens customer impact, and drives product adoption, serving as a force multiplier across our GTM. You’ll help streamline deal execution and strengthen the operational foundation that supports our global partner ecosystem.

- Review and approve partner quotes and deal registrations for accuracy and compliance.
- Organize order forms and purchase orders for monthly invoice handoff to Billing Operations.
- Unblock escalations needed to close deals by working with Partner Directors, Deal Desk, and Billing Ops.
- Support product and credit provisioning.
- Process quarterly true-ups and upsells.
- Verify data accuracy across Salesforce, Ironclad, Retool, and other internal systems.
- Support Crossbeam administration.
- Support partner benefits provisioning.
- Maintain partner records, operational fields, and attribution accuracy across systems.
- Assist partners with partner portal and partner program inquiries.
- Support partner marketing lead uploads to ensure correct lead attribution and associations.
- Support referral payout operations: coordinate procurement steps via ZIP and ensure timely payout and communication with referral partners.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements across partner workflows, systems, and documentation.
- Partner on special projects to enhance automation, streamline workflows, and improve data consistency.
- Have 3 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar GTM support role.
- Are fluent in Salesforce fundamentals (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns).
- Have experience working with quotes, order forms, POs, invoicing processes, and basic revenue workflows.
- Enjoy solving operational problems, escalating blockers, and partnering cross-functionally to get deals over the finish line.
- Have strong attention to detail and care deeply about accuracy, data cleanliness, and repeatable execution.
- Are curious, proactive, and excited about process refinement and automation.
- (Nice to have) Experience with Linear, Workbench, ZIP, Slack, Retool, LeanData, and Crossbeam.
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with partner portals, deal registration flows, reseller programs, or channel operations.
