- Location: Lehi, UT 84043 (Hybrid)
- Duration: 10/26/2026 - 08/27/2027 (Contract)
- Team: FSandO Sales Strategy - Channel AMER
- Work within Pricing and Revenue Operations to support retention and growth of B2B customer segments.
- Partner closely with sales and Finance/Operations teams to support quoting, booking, and renewal activities.
- Execute both planning and operational tasks with minimal manager intervention; support deal pipeline management and account program migrations.
- Engage with sales to vet renewal and account growth opportunities and ensure compliance with governance.
- Analyze account footprint and support quoting and booking processes with a high level of accuracy.
- Validate order documents (contracts, purchase orders, approval documents) upon contract execution.
- Plan and execute account program migrations and renewals.
- Support increased workload during period closes/quarter-end and assist other support teams as necessary.
- Respond to Field email inquiries pertaining to Volume Licensing programs within response time guidelines.
- Understand and adhere to related revenue compliance policies, procedures, and processes.
- 3 - 5 years of full-time relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate renewals.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with sales on renewal planning and quoting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new assignments with little notice (agility).
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat).
- Will be on a 30-day probationary period.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with reporting platforms.
- Pay Rate: $42.26/hour
