The Customer Service Platform team is the foundation that helps customers 24x7 through a maintainable, scalable, and resilient technology ecosystem that blends in-house and vendor solutions. Our responsibilities span powering the help center through a Content Management System (CMS), building a support agent-facing member management system (CRM), and maintaining and integrating other CS operations tools — both in-house and third-party — with a focus on operational efficiency, agent and customer experience, and rapid innovation.
We are modernizing from mostly legacy homegrown applications to a modern hybrid architecture that strategically integrates vendor solutions, powering support experiences across all business verticals. This transformation is complemented by significant investment in Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives that will define the future of customer service.
About The Job
We are looking for a seasoned engineer who is a versatile engineer, comfortable across the full stack. Prior experience in the support domain, or experience working on hybrid ecosystems will be a big plus. You should be able to build a significant set of new features in our CS internal tooling ecosystem end-to-end — from frontend to backend, scoping through QA automation and production launch — with high autonomy.

Qualifications
- 6 years working experience in US as a full stack engineer
- Solid experience with TypeScript or JavaScript
- Solid experience with UI framework React
- Experience with API technologies such as GraphQL, gRPC, and REST
- Experience in backend in Java, SpringBoot framework or similar
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services
- Knowledge of data structures, DB schema design and modern design patterns
- Experience in customer support / account management domain
- Experience integrating internal and/or third-party services
- Experience with Generative AI / ML at application level
- Experience developing build internal tooling or delivery automation
- Experience developing software that deploys and runs at global scale
- Experience working with SLOs, SREs, and contemporary observability platforms
- Experience with distributed systems / AWS multi region / system migrations
- An advocate for reliability and operational excellence
- A good grasp of UX fundamentals
