Weekend Shift:All Shifts
Location: Cypress Garden Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation
Salary: $58 per hour

Join our compassionate team at Cypress Garden Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation as a RN Supervisor. Help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care, working closely with our Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the DON and ADON to oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure all nursing personnel follow their job descriptions and provide excellent care.
- Assist in facility surveys conducted by government agencies, ensuring the nursing department meets required standards.
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices in patient care.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in New York State
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with managerial experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
