Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, pulling, and pushing. Move small stacks of textbooks, media equipment, desks, and other classroom equipment.

Qualifications
- Substitute Degreed Teacher - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized, accredited college or university (If you have a foreign transcript, it must be evaluated by a TEA approved credential evaluation agency.)
- Substitute Certified Teacher - Valid Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Flexible and able to adjust daily routine.
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and attitude.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and understanding the English language is required.
- Completion of the RIVS Virtual Interview within two (2) calendar days of application submission.
