Primary Purpose
Provide flexible administrative and operational support to the VPAC team. This position assists with daily office functions, organization, communication, and general operational needs. Serves as a versatile team member supporting administrative staff and venue operations to ensure efficient, organized, and professional performance of all activities.
Education/Certification
QUALIFICATIONS:
Depending on your individual date of retirement, you may have restrictions on the number of hours allowed to work each month without loss of annuity and incurring payroll and/or TRS Care surcharges. Therefore, we are advising that all retirees contact TRS to discuss their individual restrictions, if any, in order to make good decisions prior to accepting any position with CFISD. It is ultimately the responsibility of each retiree to be aware of his/her status to prevent any loss of funds.

- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Experience in administrative support, office operations, or customer service preferred

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and files
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization
- Answer phones, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
- Provide clerical support including copying, scanning, and document distribution
- Maintain organized office spaces, storage areas, and supply rooms
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply management
- Support scheduling efforts, calendar updates, and coordination of tasks
- Help maintain efficient and organized office workflows
- Provide professional and courteous communication with staff, clients, and visitors
- Relay messages accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with basic internal and external communication needs
- Assist administrative team with special projects and daily operational needs
- Support staff with miscellaneous tasks as requested
- Adapt to changing priorities and provide flexible support across departments
- Maintain a proactive, team-oriented approach to all assignments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with supply preparation and distribution
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
