Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beverly Hills, for an Escrow Processor. The Escrow Processor will handle daily tasks such as preparing documents and files for escrow closings, managing and reviewing contract agreements, facilitating communication between parties, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of escrow transactions. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and assisting with notary tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Closings and Escrow procedures
- Notary services and familiarity with associated legal and binding documentation
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate and its transaction processes
- Proficiency in Customer Service with strong communication skills and client relationship management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with escrow software or tools is a plus
