A leading financial institution is looking for an AVP to join its Collateral Management team in their Iselin NJ office. This person will handle daily margin calls, collateral movements, dispute investigations, and settlement oversight across multiple entities. They’ll work closely with Treasury, Repo, XVA, and Trading to keep collateral aligned with optimization goals and ensure smooth, accurate processing.
The role includes reviewing margin bookings, resolving cash and non‑cash settlement breaks, documenting dispute drivers, and performing key reconciliations tied to the firm’s control framework. The team is also involved in supporting new business initiatives and enhancing collateral‑management processes.
Candidates should bring hands‑on collateral‑management experience, strong knowledge of bilateral and cleared OTC margin workflows, and familiarity with Acadia Margin Manager and TriResolve. Experience with the collateral system Colline is a major advantage. Understanding of CSA, MSFTA, GMRA, and segregated collateral structures is also important.
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
