A leading alternative investment firm is seeking an Associate to join its Private Equity Product Strategy / Investor Communications team. This role sits at the intersection of investor relations, fundraising, reporting, and strategic marketing support for private equity funds. The position offers strong exposure to senior leadership, fund performance analysis, investor communications within a fast-paced institutional investment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support preparation of investor presentations, fundraising materials, pitch books, and marketing content
- Assist with fund performance reporting, portfolio analysis, and investor updates
- Partner with investment, fundraising, finance, and compliance teams on investor-related deliverables
- Help manage due diligence requests and investor communications
- Create presentations, talking points, and analytical materials for senior management and client meetings
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years of experience within private equity, asset management, investor reporting, fund marketing, transaction services, or financial services
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
