We have a great opportunity for a Senior Operations Associate at a Dallas based Alternative Investment Manager with $27 billion AUM in their NY office.
About the Role
They are looking for someone who has experience processing the lifecycle of securitized HELOC loans as well as other credit, structured products, and financing activities. This role works across HELOCs, Home Equity Agreements (HEAs), Commercial Loans, Home Improvement Loans, NQMs, and RMBS assets.
Responsibilities
- You will review loan tapes, monthly remittance reports, securitization data, and vertical risk‑retention structures.
- You will support repo financing by communicating new trades to custodians, monitoring settlement, reviewing margin calls, and coordinating cash movements.
- The role also includes corporate action processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Hands on experience processing HELOCs is a must.
- Other experience across credit products, RMBS, repos, and corporate actions is a huge plus.
- 5 - 8 years of experience is ideal.

Salary : $135,000 - $185,000
