Mutual Fund Operations Specialist – Shareholder Services
We're seeking a Mutual Fund Operations "Quarterback" to serve as the primary liaison between the business, the Transfer Agent, and Fund Administration for a growing asset management firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Transfer Agent operations and compliance reviews
- Coordinate mutual fund distributions, dividends, and capital gains
- Manage DTCC operational changes and corporate actions
- Support sales teams with onboarding, platforms, and product eligibility
- Assist with vendor management, audits, reporting, tax, and Board materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of mutual fund operations experience
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds (ETF, BDC, Interval Fund, or ICAV experience is a plus)
- Experience with SS&C Transfer Agency systems preferred
- Familiarity with iCapital, CAIS, Subscribe, or similar distribution platforms
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
