Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our expanding, cutting‐edge Litigation Practice. We are a boutique law firm representing hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment professionals in complex, high‐stakes matters. Our practice focuses on securities litigation, business divorce disputes, sophisticated financial litigation, and the defense of government investigations.

We are looking for a full‐time litigation

paralegal/legal assistant with a minimum of three years of law firm experience and a strong background in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‐oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, team‐driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, organize, and maintain case files,
• including monitoring deadlines and tracking court dockets
• Prepare and execute document productions in
• accordance with discovery requirements
• Perform electronic filing in federal and state
• courts
• Utilize e‐discovery platforms such as Relativity and DISCO
• Redact and bates‐stamp documents using Adobe
• Draft, edit, and format documents using
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and perform
• cite‐checking of briefs
• Generate Tables of Contents and Tables of
• Authorities for legal filings
• Prepare exhibits for depositions, hearings, and
• trial testimony

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal
• certificate preferred
• Minimum of three years of litigation experience
• in a law firm setting
• Strong organizational skills, attention to
• detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Self‐starter with excellent judgment and
• initiative
• Ability to work effectively in a collegial, team‐oriented
• environment

Compensation:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from

$85,000 to $125,000, plus discretionary bonus.
