We are seeking an HR Coordinator for a finance company located in Stamford CT. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a minimum of one year of HR Coordinator experience.
You will be at the heart of our HR team! You’ll support the full employee lifecycle—recruiting, onboarding, learning & development, and HR operations—helping deliver a seamless and high-impact employee experience at a global energy leader.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage onboarding, process hires in Workday, and welcome new employees.
- Support HR operations, compliance, reporting, and intranet updates.
- Assist recruiting efforts and enhance candidate experience.
- Coordinate training programs, licenses, and learning communications
- Hands-on experience with Workday, Betterworks, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
- Exposure to the full HR talent lifecycle.
- A platform to drive improvements and shape the employee experience.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
