What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Compensation Analyst position at Cyperus Group LLC?
We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support our compensation and equity programs, including trading incentives, partner equity, bonuses, and salary guidance. You’ll design forecasting models, create reports for senior management, administer equity plans, and ensure program competitiveness through benchmarking and market data analysis. Please have a minimum of 4 years as a Compensation Analyst.
- Manage compensation and equity plan administration, including valuations, distributions, and tax coordination.
- Build models and ad hoc reports to support key business decisions.
- Oversee deferred bonus processes, year-end bonus administration, and equity partner activities.
- Maintain accuracy in compensation systems and collaborate with accounting, HR, and external auditors.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years in accounting, finance, or consulting, ideally with compensation experience.
- Excel power user: advanced formulas, pivots, data analysis.
- Preferred: experience with HR systems and McLagan surveys.
Salary : $150,000 - $220,000
