- Maintain and update product catalogs by entering data accurately into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other databases
- Conduct regular audits of listings to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies using data collection techniques and pivot tables in Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, inventory, and customer service to ensure seamless order entry and inventory updates
- Organize digital files and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of product information and documentation
- Utilize strong typing skills for efficient data entry and transcription tasks to support accurate record-keeping
